FAQs
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS?
Yes! You can pay in full when you book, or pay in monthly payments that work for you! Your balance must be paid in full no later than the day before your wedding date.
I require a 25% retainer fee upon booking.
IM AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA - CAN YOU HELP?
Of course! We believe that one of the most crucial aspects of our job is to ensure that you feel comfortable in front of the camera. We will provide direction and guidance for gentle prompts and posing as necessary and capture candid shots throughout the day.
WHEN WILL MY GALLERY/VIDEO BE DONE?
Our turn around time for wedding videos is 10-14 weeks.
Our turn around time for photos is 6-8 weeks.
We provide a sneak peak to ALL brides no later than 48 hours after the wedding.
DO YOU ONLY TAKE CLIENTS LOCATED IN OH?
We love working with clients in our home state, but we also love traveling! We are more than willing to travel to you, national and international. Fill out the inquiry form and we can chat more about the details.
